2. Service Description
Zappio is an IPTV player app for iPhone and iPad. Zappio does not provide, host, resell, or distribute channels, movies, series, playlists, streams, subscriptions, or EPG data. The app is a technical tool that allows you to connect to and play back content from IPTV sources you supply yourself. You are solely responsible for the legality and origin of the content sources you configure.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Zappio. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must hold valid rights to access and use any playlist, account credentials, stream, or metadata you add to the app.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and EU laws, including copyright and broadcasting regulations.
- You are responsible for the security of your IPTV account credentials stored on your device.
- You must not use Zappio to access content for which you do not have valid, lawful access rights or a lawful subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zappio for:
- Any unlawful activity or to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Abuse of, or unauthorised access to, third-party systems or servers.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app where prohibited by law.
- Any attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or related infrastructure.
- Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or any part of it.
6. In-App Purchases & Right of Withdrawal
Zappio offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Premium Weekly"), processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. Premium Weekly currently unlocks premium app features such as EPG / TV Guide tools, unlimited categories, and advanced search. AirPlay and Picture in Picture are available to all users and are not sold as paid unlocks.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, and subscription management are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. For refund requests please contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Zappio app (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and logo) belong to MarItSol e.U. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence.
8. Availability & Changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue app features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every IPTV provider, or continued availability of external stream endpoints, as these depend on third parties outside our control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zappio is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Austrian and EU law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law (§ 879 ABGB and applicable EU consumer protection law), MarItSol e.U. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions arising from the use of or inability to use the app, or from provider-side failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian or EU law.
11. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Consumers resident in Austria or another EU member state have the option to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes relating to the purchase of digital goods or services:

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence also apply and cannot be excluded by this choice of law.
For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of domicile within the EU shall have jurisdiction. For disputes with business users, the competent court in Vienna, Austria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the app after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
